The nocturnal forum which the Neyetalsperre (a river dam) was transformed into by the light artist Rolf Zavelberg with his poetic light installations, and by the mystic sounds of Markus Stockhausen’s music cast it’s spell over about 300 visitors in September 2010.
This video on the left shows impressions from concerts with Tara Bouman, Markus Stockhausen, Fabio Mina and the Choralschola of the church choir of St. Nikolaus conducted by Richard Knabke.
We would like to thank the WASSERQUINTETT as the organizer of “Licht und Klang an der Neyetalsperre” (light and sound at the Neye river dam) for the chance to create this event. It was a pleasure turn the gravity dam into a scenery of light. We hope these videos will convey a glimpse of the magic created by light and sound.
